My first Couchsurfing experience was summer 2016, I did a research trip, which the goal of finding traditional regional and seasonal vegan dishes in Europe. The aim of the journey was not to evangelize all people to become vegans. This trip serves for identifying ways of healthy dishes and as a suggestion for well handled conscious consumption and green alternatives, that will be a certainly lower consumption of animal products. On the journey I found a lot of vegan recipes, hidden in traditional dishes. It was a great experience ! I met a lot of nice people and nice dishes ;)
