Music, Movies, and Books
Books: So, I'm a technology-kid since day 1, which means I'd love to be into books far more, but I just can't seem to focus my attention long enough ... Which doesn't mean I don't like being imaginative and create worlds in my head, which I absolutely adore! On the other hand, I guess it's kind of a compliment for the ones that actually kept me reading and even allowed me to finish them, which would include: John Grisham - The Client Hape Kerkeling - Ich bin dann mal weg! Sebastian Fitzek - Passagier 23 ... aaaaand several Halo- and Mass Effect-themed books. Plus, if you'd count magazines about comics, videogames and music into the equation, I probably read about half the Library of Alexandria :D Music: Biggest and first love of my life. I value every genre, gems are everywhere to be found and my emotional range is far too widespread to be satisfied by just one type. The fundament is Hip-Hop though, in all it's facets. Old and new stuff, german and english, wordplay-fireworks or some gangsta attitude - it's all deep within me and it'll be the first thing my unborn child will hear in the womb one day. ;) But then there's Electro, and Metal, and Punk, and Drum'n'Bass and - Lo and behold! - even some Indie-stuff. Just turn off your prejudices and deadlocked trains of thought and lose yourself into the rhythm, man. There's a song for everything you'll ever feel. Alright, *shakin it off*, enough of that. :D If I had to name some of my favorite artists, I guess it'd look something like this: - Blumentopf - Eins Zwo - Samy Deluxe - Outkast - In Flames - Pendulum - Method Man & Redman - Camo & Krooked - aaaaand about 4307 other artists, according to my last.fm-profile :D Movies: Not a huge movie nut, but always down for something different. Some movies/series I've been watching lately that stuck in my mind are: - Daredevil (Netflix series) - Clerks - Guardians Of The Galaxy - Archer Oh, and I worship Prison Break, X-Files and Californication! (Duchovny is my spirit animal, really...)
