Dynamic, open-minded and friendly. I love meeting new people, create real connections and learn from other people's lives and experiences. I spent the last 3 years in Milan and I fell in love with the city so much that I can definetly call it home and feel comfortable in almost every corner of it. I've been practising martial arts for 7 years ( but I love all kind of sports ), I play the bass guitar, I like philosophy, drawing and love to hang out and attend to parties, concerts and music or art events. I'm searching for people that can wide my horizons, give me a different view of life and teach me something as a human being. That's also why I love to discover particular places, travelling and get lost in the world. Good vibes only :) Please read this before sending the request !!! ⬇️ - I'm living in a small town on Lake Maggiore right now and I still have to update the Couch photos. - I could be available for small trips around northen Italy or we can also hangout in Milan depending on the mood. - I don't know why, but couchsurfing app is not showing me the notifications. In case I do not reply within two days, please contact me on instagram: @sgobbino_

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To create real connections and share my knowledge of Milan. I think that it's a wonderful way to share something with people, giving the point of view of a local from one side and meet another culture from the other.
Music, Movies, and Books
I can appreciate a lot of different kinds of music, but I'm in love with funk, electronic, hip-hop (old school), but also rock and techno. I like to read scientific/anthropology books and I enjoy watching movies. Some examples: Daft Punk, RHCP, Stevie Wonder (music), The God Delusion, The Selfish Gene (books), Pulp Fiction, Before Sunrise, Vicky Cristina Barcelona (cinema)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I really love road-trips and in this years I drove for more than 20000 km across Europe. I started in 2015 with a 9 days road-trip starting from Kotor, Montenegro and visiting all Croatia. In 2016 I spent 19 days driving all around Spain and Portugal and visiting also Carcassonne in France. In 2017 I enjoyed the beauty of Sardinia's coasts. Last one was a 23 days trip in Serbia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece!
