I am a California native living in Texas who is always looking for the next adventure! I try to take my dog anywhere I can since I got her in October 2017. I love meeting new people and visiting new and interesting areas! I have been making traveling more of a priority with an emphasis on meeting new people and immersing myself in local and foreign cultures. This seems to be a great way to accomplish all of those ideas.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Looking for somewhere great to stay, hopefully with a local to get some insight on the area that I am visiting! I have come to realise that the best way to see a city is through the eyes of a local, hitting all the mom & pop shops and quirky finds in that area, getting a REAL feel for the lifestyle there.
Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC: Country, Pop, 90's Rock BOOK: The Alchemist, this book is truly life-changing, it has made me look at thing in such a different light. Allowing me to find the deeper meaning behind everything. MOVIES: The Back to the Future Trilogy is and always will be my favorite movies, no doubt about it! But Jurassic Park 1-4, Transformers, The Princess Bride, and Fever Pitch are all amazing!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I can't say that I have done anything amazing yet, but that's why I want to travel. To do amazing things!

I have a knack for picking up temporary hobbies because I want to try everything at least once, so I may not be a pro at anything but I have dabbled in a ton!

My vast knowledge of The Office and love for puppies really shows in my personality.
My Interests
Going to the beach is probably my favorite thing to do, but any outside activity and I am there! I have just recently (the past year) gotten into hiking, and I have been missing out. I love to be able to see cities and landscapes from such amazing views. National Parks are definitley at the top of my list, but who doesn't have them up there. I just really love spending time with people I love, making memories that will last a lifetime.
