Why I'm on Couchsurfing
After deciding on a whim to expand my horizons beyond Madrid during my final weekends abroad, I researched ways I could do this safely and effectively. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect balance, and will provide me with local knowledge of the city and a unique experience from the inside!
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm making my way through the Harry Potter series for the first time (unbelievably, I hadn't read them before). My favorite music is folky alternative, like Mumford and Sons, George Ezra, or Ben Rector. My current favorite movie is La La Land, but there are so many recent ones that are incredible too! I'm also a sucker for 90s rom-coms.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Move to Spain on my own! Also, working at Disney World was very cool, but I think that working up the courage to move to another country without knowing the language or people there is a big accomplishment.
