Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I spent the better part of two weeks sleeping on my friends futon (does that count as a couch?) in Montreal. What was initially a two day stay turned into a two week adventure after a medical issue prevented me from flying home. After some TLC I was able to complete my journey home with a 4 day train across Canada.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
A sunset in the middle of Ontario on a cross Canada train. Bungee jumping over a raging river in Whistler, BC. A boatride through a 7.5 km underground cave in Kong Lor, Lao.
Teach, Learn, Share
Essential to any traveller are baby wipes. They are great for freshening up on multi-day, cross country bus, train and car trips where showers are out of the question and even sinks are a maybe.
