Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I was luckily able to host a few surfers last year while in my dorm, and I really enjoyed the experience! As for surfing, I had an amazing time traveling across Japan by myself for a month, surfing with hosts in around 6 different cities. I had amazing hosts every time and really enjoyed the experiences I had!!
Music, Movies, and Books
BOOKS: travel stories/ guides, Jane Austen, Cloud Atlas MUSIC: a lot of different stuff but my favorite genres are indie, classic rock, electronic, and instrumental. MOVIES: Shawshank Redemption, Donnie Darko, Gattaca, Moonrise Kingdom, Lost in Translation, Before Sunrise, and 5 Centimeters per Second.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
-backpacked across Europe in 2015 for 2.5 months -traveled across Japan in for a month in 2013 after studying abroad there for a summer -circumnavigated the world in 2012 and visited London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and San Francisco
