One Amazing Thing I've Done

I did 10 days Vipassana meditation course which is quite a deal , 16 hour of meditation with Arya maon ( you can't talk and interact) but it's a life changing experience

Reading books because an author takes many years to deliver a good book and by reading for that you just need a month and in that time you can take many years of hard work of author. I did boxing for two years and it's just for fitness i guess for live in a good way you have to look what you give to your body , because you are what you give to your body physically as well as mentally , so think good and eat well. I do Vipassana meditation , also take a 10 day course in dhamma bodhi meditation centre
