I live in Puna on the Big Island of Hawaii deep in the jungle and hugging the sea. I love being in nature, gardening/farming, eating, cooking, dancing, swimming, exploring new places and general adventuring. I grew up in Northern California and Hawaii and have traveled throughout SE Asia, Canada and Mexico. I'm hoping to add Europe to that list soon.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Currently to connect with folks when I'm traveling and be able to crash the occasional couch or two. Eventually I'd love to have the space to open my house up for visitors as well.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
The many magical moments at Burning Man have been quite fun and memorable. Also biking through the Angkor temples in Cambodia. Glow worm caves in New Zealand.... And actually the visiting the set of The Hobbit in New Zealand, pure magic! Maybe one too many but there are a lot to choose from.
