I live with my girlfriend in an apartment in Georgetown (a neighborhood of Washington, DC), a quiet area full of trees, parks, gardens, waterways, beautiful houses, shops, and cafes. Books: I mostly enjoy non-fiction books on history, economics, and science now. I've enjoyed fiction by Hermann Hesse, Albert Camus, Dostoyevsky, Franz Kafka, Kurt Vonnegut, Amos Oz, Mohsin Hamid, and others. Music: Mostly classical and folk Movies: BBC Earth and similar nature documentaries. Movies by Ingmar Bergman, Akira Kurosawa, Stanley Kubrick, Woody Allen, Charlie Kaufman, Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, and others.
