I grew up in both Manaus, Brazil and Lynden, Washington (two very different cultures, I know)---but I have both places deeply embedded in my soul. I have a big given family (whom I love dearly) and a big chosen family (whom I also love dearly). These are the things that make up 'me'.

I created this account because I deeply value the stories of others, exploring different corners of the world, and living life with added 'spice'.
