I love adventure and travel and have since a very early age, but the travel bug really bit me in the Spring of 2014 on my first real international trip to Rio de Janeiro. I stayed there for five weeks volunteering as an English teacher and desperately want to return. I'm not in a position to host anyone just yet, but look forward to doing so in the near future.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I believe the world is a very accessible place that is much smaller than most might think. In this day and age, travelling economically is completely doable. Not just that, but I prefer immersion-type travelling where I can interact with the locals as much as possible. I think couch-surfing is one of the best ways to do that!
What I Can Share With Hosts
I think we all have our own unique stories and selves to share. I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them which, in turn, helps me to understand myself better.
