I am a guitarist/composer and mindfulness teacher for The School Yoga Project in New York City. I tour with my chamber-jazz trio Sound Underground, in addition to collaborating with dancers, composing for contemporary classical ensembles, and playing folk musics from around the world. I also share mindfulness and yoga practices, a long-time passion in my life, in New York City public schools.

My trio Sound Underground (www.soundundergroundtrio.com) tours and travels a lot and it's always wonderful to stay with local people wherever we go. We're fortunate to have friends in lots of places, but sometimes it's really special to meet and stay with someone new!
