Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like to travel, and I enjoy meeting new people, but I am also a broke graduate student. This seems like a great way to travel while I'm still in school without adding more debt than would be responsible.

Classic Soft Rock (Billy Joel, the Eagles, Elton John), Contemporary Alternative rock. Ender's Game, Harry Potter, the Bible. Shawshank Redemption, Remember the Titans, Forest Gump.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I climbed half-dome and met a pastor at the pinnacle. Praying with him with a 360 degree view of mountains, waterfalls, and ravines was an incredibly powerful experience.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can offer a helping hand around the house or in the yard as well as an engaging conversation and a smile. However, usually when I travel I have a carefully planned itenerary, so you will still have plenty of personal space. I really only need a place to lay my head at night.
My Interests
Most of my hobbies involve activity outdoors in some way. When I need to rest, I enjoy a thought-provoking movie or a strategic card game.
