CURRENT MISSION to live, love and laugh through the next few years in Japan. ABOUT ME Hi! As you have gathered my name is Joshua. I was born and raised in London. Until recently I was working in film and TV production in my hometown of London. I decided that I wanted a change in my life and decided to travel and experience more world cultures. I graduated from Nottingham university in 2013 and after that I packed my bags and flew off to Shanghai. I lived in Shanghai and studied at Shanghai JT university. After that, I found the JET programme through the embassy of Japan and decided to go for it! Now I am an English teacher and UK ambassador. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of Japan, since I'm stuck for now in the スーパ田舎. I really want to make the most out of my time in Japan.

Indie, comedy and coming of age movies. Music is my life, so I like a really wide variety of genres. I took English Lit. at college so I like classics.
My Interests
I like sports and cultural activities. While at university I was the Social Secretary for Japan Society. It was a great chance to mix with exchange students and teach other about culture and language. I also played football (soccer) for my university team. I have been playing since I was like six years old. I love watching and playing football. I produce and direct short films. I've been playing the drums for a long time also.
