I am American abroad, traveling around Europe for awhile. Two to three months possibly. I have seen Italy, Norway, Sweden, Britain, and Mexico. My next few trips I think are going to be big ones. Perhaps Egypt or Peru? I travel not just to see the history, art and culture, but to meet amazing new people and make life long networks of friends. I speak fluent English and American Sign-Language. I am also learning Spanish and German. I am seeking work as an I.T Consultant currently too while I travel.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
It is interesting, the idea of staying with an individual instead of a Hostel or Hotel like I normally do. I have had a lot of friends from around the world give good reviews of their stays with people they have met. I am always a believer in trying new things too.
Music, Movies, and Books
I am two different sides of a coin, I love Heavy Metal Rock and love country music too. Five Finger Death Punch all the way to Toby Keith. I love to read and I have too many favorites so I will name one author I have read a lot of, Clive Cussler.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I worked my way through College while working a Full-Time job over nights, going to school during the day. Toughest days of my life, but very rewarding.
Teach, Learn, Share
If anybody is trying to learn Sign Language, I highly recommend it. It is a language very much in demand and can be profitable if you pursue being an interpreter. I can help teach the language if anybody is interested. My current goal is to learn German. The next couple of years, I plan to travel more in Latin America. Places such as Peru, Brazil, etc. If anybody knows German and would like to bounce knowledge off me, I would appreciate it.
