ABOUT ME Originally from Hawaii, I went to university on the west coast and now live in Washington, DC where I work as a tour guide. Though I love my job, my favorite part of working as a tour guide is that I get to travel for 5 months out of the year during the slow, winter season! I have been to over 20 countries, though my favorites are Italy, Brazil, and India. PHILOSOPHY To have fun and not be hungry.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Unfortunately, I am unable to host people in DC because my apartment is so small. However, I am always up for coffee or a cocktail -- and of course, you're most welcome to join one of my tours :)
Music, Movies, and Books
All music. Seriously. Okay, not heavy metal. I have a degree in literature, so reading books is a favorite past time. Some of my favorite authors include Zadie Smith, Ernest Hemingway, and Vladmir Nabokov.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've walked the entire Camino de Santiago across Spain!
