CURRENT MISSION To live happily and joyously and through this contribute to my community ABOUT ME I am a writer director who lives a blessed life with wonderful family and friends. I create original theatre performances to try to understand the world around me and to contribute to social and political dialogue. One of my best works to date - The Women's Jail Project - was performed in the Dorchas centre in Dublin with the women. I try to remain with an open heart and it is my patience (or lack of) that is often the most tested. But I laugh openly and loudly, especially at myself. PHILOSOPHY I own the consequence of my choices and I take responsibility for the world I create

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Performed at the 1995 Conference and Forum on the Status of Women (with the Women's Circus)in Beijing, China and meeting women from Brazil who thanked me for telling their story (via an Amnesty International Human Rights case) and learning that theatre has such power and privelege that it should be innovative and creative, not simply resorting to apathetic fluff.
