I guess the same reason like almost everyone answers at first: I love to travel and meet new people. However, I truthfully admit, the main reason why I created my account here, was the fact, that during the studies, when I finally get few days off - which means "Yeheej! Let's grab some friends and do some rock climbing!" - sometimes I also travel alone and then I don't like the feeling of being lonely when I just don't want to be +the ongoing fact of the huuge number of amazing, interesting, energic or talkative people living all around you here on the Earth...! Oh, and yes, also the never-disappearing question of finances - I still try to spare some money to make my trip as long as possible. O:) Couchsurfing.com offers me to connect these wishes and requirements - and that's supergreat. I'm really grateful it exists. :)
