I understand a bit hrvatska, slovenish, czech, slovakish Living not far from Frankfurt on Main and Rüdesheim, 10 min from the Airport ( by car). Middle in the Vineyards of Rheingau ( Riesling) Our house stands at the St.Bonifatius Route , one of the most beatuiful pilgrim trails in Germany

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
My son brought me here. He would like to trevel around Scandinavia using eventually CS. So , after reading the reports, I thougt: why not, we have something to offer here.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: suiting an old lady I like classic and i listen to it a lot. But: I grew up with Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, ACDC, Queen and maaany others fantastic bands. Oh, and scottisch and irish Volk, and medieval rock. Film: we are cineasts, we love good cinema in general, but: Star Wars forever (old school) and GOT Books: I can`t say, there are so many of them worth reading, we have thousands in four languages. Perhaps Jostein Gaarder as my favorite
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Trevelling with my newly wed husband through Piemont in Italy by car, we met a backpackers couple from USA sitting at the 10 person international ,,common table" in a cosy bistro in Alba.Speeking three languages at one table , we learned, thet the two relay on, well, not so perfect italian public communikation. So we offered our backseat and took them with us. We visited ancient castels and vineyards and became freinds tasting perfect Barolo Wines. We shared not a couch but the unic expirence, it was wonderful.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am curios like a cat, so i am keen on learning new people, habits, history, cooking recipes, tradition. And I can share my " wisdom" with everybody who wants to listen. We live in Rheingau, so we have wine here everywhere, old land. Our village ist 1200 years old, Frankfurt nearby.
