Had this account for awhile but have yet to take advantage, so might as well be new. I'm currently staying and working for a family run organic farm business in the DFW. Though I love my job, I'm not thrilled to be here. Originally raised in the NW burbs of Chicago, I'd say my life really began when I finally flew the coop from my hometown to travel, learn, and grow, spiritually. That's when I learned to love myself and found peace many times over. Most notably, it's where I discovered my passion for permaculture and organic farming. I'm an on and off again WWOOFer, I took a natural building course in Oregon. My dream is to buy land, open an organic permaCULTURE food Forest Learning oasis to host environmentalists, artists, and musicians with tiny natural homes on the property. My relationship to nature is a very intimate and spiritual one. Nature is mother Gaia and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't worship her.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To learn from others. I am an ENFP and what better way to endulge in experience than through couch surfing? It's also one of the few outlets that abides by nature's pay-it-forward economy, which is a fundamental principle of permaculture.

My Interests
My bucket list is long and it's hard not to regret all the things I've always wanted to do but never have. But it's not too late to dive in. I was too afraid to make mistakes and to allow myself to fail and make a mess of things. I'm changing that. With that said, my interests include: Hooping, EDM (yeah, yeah we can argue the semantics of subgenres and you will win that argument), PLUR/festivals (new to the scene), drumming, climbing, mountains and forests, holistic health, reading, geocaching, vegan food, activism, politics, #vanlife (2018), philosophy, spirituality, psychology, environmentalism, typology, snowboarding, anything active outdoors.
