Hello! My name is Klara and I am from Czech Republic. I am still a student, studying history, sociology and philosophy on Charles university in Prague. I also do part time job in Volunteer centre - we are mainly helping lonely elders, families in crisis, homeless people. Love that work! In my free time I love to travel, of course! And I am also a big fan of arts - trying to do art myself (traditional an digital painting) but it’s rather amateurish. Maybe one day!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Me and my boyfriend we really do love to travel and meet new people - we are trying to travel as much as we can, although our budget is not that huge - so we want to use Couchsurfing as a helping hand in reducing our budget while travelling (so we can travel more!) and meet new people!
Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite book is Three man on the boat (to say nothing about the dog) by Jerome Klapka Jerome. I love him! I also love anything by Ephraim Kishon, love that kind of humour! Or stories that really happened - for example now I am in love with Bear Grylls’s True grit. I can’t recommend that enough! I do love movies, but I tend to fall asleep most of the time. But we have a cool movie club with my friends and we get together once in a while and watch some old movies mostly - my current favourite is old Czech movie called Happy End!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Got out of my comfort zone and started volunteering, loved it so much and it got me a job I love!
