One Amazing Thing I've Done
I was able to dance onstage with Chuck Berry when I was in college. It was an amazing experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
I began swimming at age 4, and it's one of the few (read: only) physical activities at which I'm really good! I always have a swimsuit with me, and I'd be happy to teach you. I play the clarinet and sing, so if you have any interest in music, it's a welcome topic. I also knit (yes, I've been called a grandma before, but people who call me a grandma won't get anything made for them!). If you want a handmade dishrag, I could probably knit one for you whilst conversing. Finally, I have SO MANY "kid stories" that will have you laughing, then wondering why anybody chooses my profession. Let's be honest - it's because kids really do say the darnedest things. I want to learn about you! What experiences have helped shape you into the person you are today?
