Hi All! My name is Leander, or just call me Lee (' Lee' for dutch ppl or ' Lie' for foreign ppl ;-)). I'm open, social, interested, a listener, always a good companion to travel with. I'm an food addict! My passion is food, each country I visit I try to enjoy the food as much as possible. I quit my IT job last september (2015), did some volunteering job for several months (cooking for mentally disabled elderly) and then started my world trip! (january 2016). I started in Sri Lanka, went up to India, did a three week mountain hike in the Himalayas (Nepal). Currently I'm in Malaysia having about three months of travelling left in which I want to visit Taiwan, Japan and finish in Indonesia. I couch surfed with them in Sri Lanka and in India, but now it is time to do it on my own ;-)

Music, Movies, and Books
All sorts of dance music (techno, deephouse, ambient), jazz music, indy rock, actually everything except metal music. My favorite movie/serie: The Sopranos or al mob-related movies :-) The Millennium Trilogy is still my favourite book!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Three weeks of hiking in the Himalayas.
