I listen to pretty much everything, techno, classical, hiphop. but my favorite genre is classical rock. So if you're a fan of the good old 70-80s rock-metal bands that's a good start of something in common. I like good movies that makes me think, or at least laugh. I mostly read non fiction books lately, either about economics, psychology or history.
