ABOUT ME My name is Lera, I'm 22 years old. Im a dancer: i'm practice by myself, teach children, i give workshops in Russia, dance in Evolvers crew. Also i had a chance take a part of Russian TV shows, one time by myself second time with crew. I'm a vegetarian and very interesting about food and how it connectedly with our health. Also i practise yoga and meditation, love walking and try be in moment. In love with motivation books, people, videos i believe, that this is one of the best benefit that the above. Also I a dance teacher, performer, battle dancer, and work on scene. I am a member of "Evolvers crew", it is a really amazing and famous team around the world.
