Hi, I am Loes. I am enthousiastic independent young woman who loves to hang out with friends, to go on a spontaneous adventure and to visit some bookstores and maybe buy some new books. My interests are very extensive, so it's hard to tell them all but my favourites are ; the working process of the human being, the behaviour of a group of people and each individual of that group and nutrition. I already told you this and I really like to tell you more. I live with my father and my sister in a little village in the Netherlands. I just finished high school and I will be travelling next year, just to learn more about myself but even more to explore the world and get to know different people from another country.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because next year (in a few monthes) I will be travelling. I thought this website is a nice opportunity to get to know people from the area. Besides, it's very international and I like that. That's also way I love the biggest city in the Netherlands, Amsterdam. So if you read this and you are doubting about visiting Amsterdam, you should definetely do this!
Music, Movies, and Books
I actually don't have a ''favourite'' music/movie or book. Although, I have books which I really like, like The Fault In Our Stars from John Green. Unfortunately everybody had read this book in the last years, so it's not so special anymore. I was really impressed when I read this book. It wasn't a ''normal'' book where two people are the opposite and end up as lovers. This book has struggles and not the average main character. My favourite movie is The Untouchables. I normally don't cry when I watch a movie but this one was so beautiful that I couldn't not cry.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I have been to China. It was great!!! I really enjoyed this trip! I honestly had the time of my life, I laughed and laughed and during all the laughs I get to know the culture of China including the food, the people, the buildings and their history.

I accidentally already told my interests and to keep this ''blog'' as spontaneous as possible, I won't delete it. But I will tell you what kind of things I like to talk about. I like to have great conversations but also just conversations who are just for fun. I like to talk with persons who have a lot of passion for something. It's cliché but it's true, you can see it in their eyes that they are very excited about the subject you are talking about.
