CURRENT MISSION getting deeper into permaculture design thinking, nature connection, dream work and depth psychology ABOUT ME I deeply care about the environment and dream of a sustainable, self-sufficient life in harmony with nature. For me permaculture is a fantastic process-oriented approach to find solutions to the environmental problems we're facing. Yet with my background in Jungian psychology I think that to seriously tackle these problems, it's necessary to start with people care. First, we need to take a good, hard look at ourselves and start the change from within. I'm therefore very interested in self-exploration, -development and practicing mindfulness through yoga, meditation, sound healing, Kambo, sweat lodges, shamanic journeying, .... I'm also totally into gardening and was involved in a community garden project for 4 years. I love cycling, dancing, swimming, dreaming... PHILOSOPHY I think life will always remain mysterious and ultimately impenetrable - and I think that's great. Emotions, thoughts and challenges will come and go and wash over us like waves. It's not about becoming a perfect human being and to strive towards being always happy (an impossiblity anyway) but to find good strategies for how we cope with the dramas in life. I found that what works best for me personally are for the moment: believing in my own strength and warrior spirit (thanks, Kambo!) by not taking everything, above all myself, too seriously (thanks André Breton and your idea of black humour!) and last but not least through LOVE ("Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” Rumi). :-)
