I am a craftsperson who works with natural materials in various forms of traditional handcraft such as fiber arts, basketry, leather tanning and primitive pottery. I have also studied wilderness survival, natural building, herbal medicine, animal husbandry and other skills related to self-sufficiency and simple living. I’m traveling around France, primarily with the intention of learning traditional stone masonry, carpentry and other forms of construction using natural local materials. I also love to sing, dance, hike, look at art, sleep outside, relax by a fire and swim in wild waters.
