Hey! I am a 23-year-old medical student willing to travel around the world and getting to know new cultures and meeting new people. I was born in Pamplona, a little city in the north of Spain, worldwide known for hosting “the running of the bulls’ festival”. For the past years, I have travelled to very different countries, such as South Africa, United States, Canada or Thailand, and in all of them I have had wonderful experiences. I am a pretty normal guy, who likes spending time with friends and family, practicing sports such as soccer, hiking or surfing. I have also some volunteering experience, for example, I volunteer at Eleonas Refugee Camp in Athens (Greece) during the summer of 2017. As I have said, I am a medical student. At this moment, I am participating in a medical elective at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in the department of Pediatrics. After finishing my elective, I plan to travel around the East Coast, until I get to Boston (where I start a new elective, this time in the Oncology department).

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am in CoachSurfing because I would like to enjoy an authentic experience while travelling. I believe that interacting with local people, helps to know better the lifestyle and traditions of the country you are visiting. I expect to know people, share experiences and save some money at the same time.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like all kinds of music. From electronic music to classical music. The only thing I know for sure, is that The Lord of the Rings soundtrack, is the best soundtrack ever made!! When I was younger, I used to play the guitar, but I don’t think I was very good at it.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Volunteering at Eleonas Refugee Camp in Athens (Greece) during the summer of 2017.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I consider myself a very open minded person, willing to meet new people and enjoying the experience. I can offer conversation and adventures, but also I can contribute to the housekeeping, cooking and, of course, Spanish teaching!
