Hi all! My name is Natalia. I am from Denver, Colorado, USA. After spending time studying/working/volunteering abroad in Latin America and time in Lesotho as a peace corps volunteer and Fulbright researcher, I’m back in the US to attend medical school in the Bronx! I enjoy hosting people, introducing them to my community, and sharing the joy of cultural exchange with new people. In my free time, I love hiking, singing karaoke, and organizing social gatherings. If you stay with me, there's a high likelihood of being invited to join me for those activities 😀 Living in NYC, I receive hundreds of hosting requests per year and am only able to host a small fraction of these requests. For this reason, I may decline your request with no explanation— please do not take offense. I prefer to host shorter stays of 1-2 days.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Clicking with new people is a life-affirming experience, but I don’t meet new people as often as I’d like. Couchsurfing gives me a chance to expand my horizons and form deep connections quickly, with people from all over the world!
