Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love connecting with new people that have interesting experiences and learning about cultures other than my own. I'm all for exchange -- of ideas, language, wisdom, stories, culture, and energy. Always seeking new and novel experiences to expand my worldview and have fun
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Anything Studio Ghibli, Whiplash, Past Lives Books: Norweigan Wood - Haruki Murakami, The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho Music: Will listen to anything that sounds good. Especially fond of electronic music (house, garage), indie, 90's rap, reggaeton, soul, hardcore, punk
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Saved two people from drowning in an ocean riptide while tripping on LSD
Teach, Learn, Share
I've got a really random, diverse set of interests and hobbies because I can never settle on one thing. All of the activities in my interests sections are things I've actively pursued, ask me about any of them! Some highlights: - I'm an avid baker, and can make you a delicious cinnamon roll - I beatbox (seriously) in an a cappella group (just like pitch perfect) and can teach some basic beatz I am always excited to learn something new and expand my horizons, and am especially interested in exchanging culture and ideas. Also, not a picky eater. Will eat (almost) anything, and also cook you a meal if you'd like me to!
What I Can Share With Hosts
Good company, funny stories (ask me about food poisoning at the border of Brazil and Argentina), positive energy, and a humble and respectful attitude towards hosts' space and expectations
