After 10 years in London, I finally quit my job in October 2019 and travelled for 3 months in SE Asia. I had to cut that trip short due to the pandemic but I managed to travel within India and work remotely from the mountains. I hosted and travelled a lot while being based in London, but mostly in Europe and the USA. I enjoyed counchsurfing in Vietnam and Cambodia but took a break from hosting or surfing during the pandemic. I’m back in Europe now, based in Amsterdam and looking forward to being active here again! PHILOSOPHY When you truly desire something, the whole universe conspires to help you acquire it. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I often dream of a house with a back garden and a massive lounge filled with cozy big pillows and lounges so I can host lots of amazing people together. Reality: I used to live in one of the most expensive city in the world and could only afford a room in a flatshare. I still managed to host whenever possible and made some amazing friends that way. Hope to do the same in whichever city I end up living in next. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've been hosting and surfing since 2009, so have seen this platform and community change over time. However, I still believe in the idea and will continue to participate in the best way possible.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of movies... mostly romantic, animated, epic dramas and thrillers (proud Potterhead). A good movie instantly changes my mood! I'm open to all kinds of music as well...but prefer dance numbers, bollywood and Latin Ballroom. Currently addicted to Forró and Jazz (when I'm not dancing) There are way too many books I love, as I read a lot. All of Paulo Coelho's books have answers to the questions running through my mind at that time. Its serendipity at its peak! The little prince is an all time favorite! Love classics like To kill a mockingbird, Jane Austen, Dickens, Kipling etc. Also into geo politics, science and history (non-fiction)

Summer adventure and Ski camps in the Himalayas Traveled across the world highest motor-able road in Ladakh Watching the sunset on 2014 while skydiving in SAN Diego Helped a friend report live from the attempted military coup in Istanbul 2016 Experienced my first bungee from Bloukrans (South Africa) in Jun 2017 Music tour road-trip all over Iceland in May 2018 Quit my job in London to go travelling for half a year! 2019 Survived without my laptop for 2 months while backpacking through Cambodia!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach various dance forms to anyone who is willing to break a little leg ;) I would love to learn a new dance form. Dancing bridges all kinds of differences and lightens the mood... I love learning new languages as well Happy to cook and share fav veggie recipes :) I recently learnt the Tarot and the science behind numerology, astrology and their connections to the human body. Have to do readings and share this knowledge as well.

My Interests
Various forms of dances, travelling, adventure sports, movies, books and learning new languages! I'm a real foodie, so majority of my travels are planned around food and drinks. I love discovering local hangouts, new recipes, visiting vineyards and taking a gastronomic tour rather than the usual touristic places. I'm really into discovering places through people. All the special memories associated with most places are because of the people I met there (hosts, friends, locals, strangers) and I continue to explore new horizons!
