HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING hosting when possible, surfing when travelling. if you request a couch at my place you have a much bigger chance to succeed if it is personal and we have stuff in common... also went a couple times to a cs meeting but it felt that there are no locals, just surfers... COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE i love it. it gives me a much better idea of the city/country where i travel to. we had really great hosts on our h-hiking trip through Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, E stonia and the way back. that was a long time ago and since then had many hosts/surfers and it was always great. now hosting when able to...
