Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Under exsisting conditions, I can't really host anyone in my dormitory in Jena. Currently I'm only surfing, but I hope, the situation changes soon! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE At my place there were a lot of interesting guests from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Germany, France, the Netherlands, South Korea, but I would like to share the next story. We hosted 2 guys from Holland, when my female friend had her 20th birthday, and by the light of the candles on the cake we sang "Happy birthday" in 8 languages. It was really nice and soooo touching!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
- learned georgian alphabet to help georgian frontier guard to log people on Kazbek mount while he was drunk - hitch-hiked alone - read my poems aloud at the biggest market of Eastern Europe
