Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing to meet the people that make each destination special and unique. I love listening to people's stories and hearing how different yet similar their experiences are. Also, Couchsurfing is a much more interesting alternative to hotel rooms (and a less costly one as well)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've hiked down the Grand Canyon to the Colorado River and up again in one day--a feat requiring months of training that my friends and I didn't prepare for, and one that took 11 hours and spanned 20 miles. In retrospect, it's one of the most memorable experience I've had!
