Originally from Hong Kong, now calling the UK home. I’m a backend programmer (PHP/Laravel) by trade, and occasionally a TV extra 🎬 for fun. My love for travel started in 2013, when I left Hong Kong for a solo working holiday in the UK. I volunteered on farms, in hostels, and with homestays, then wandered into Europe — especially Spain and Portugal. That trip changed my path and eventually led me to settle in the UK. In 2025 I was on my first open-ended road trip, starting in June. Passed through 10 new countries I’d never visited before. I’m curious about everything from computer networking and vintage computers to exploring new cities and meeting locals or expats. I especially enjoy learning what everyday life is like in your hometown. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of others’ space. I love sharing stories, social drinking, or simply exploring the area with my host. “Live adventurously. When choices arise, do you take the way that offers the fullest opportunity for the use of your gifts in the service of God and the community? Let your life speak. When decisions have to be made, are you ready to join with others in seeking clearness, asking for God’s guidance and offering counsel to one another? — Quakers, Advices and Queries 27 Ignore the god wording, but it is a rather spiritual I found from those word. I’m not that religious. Looking forward to meeting fellow travellers and kind souls along the way!
