I teach English online, and travel as much as I can. I have a 14-year-old daughter who sometimes travels with me. I own a small home in Kansas, which I share with a wonderful international roommate and my daughter. This year I hope to see a lot of Europe, and host some people in Kansas.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I like to travel as much as possible and meet new friends while abroad. Couchsurfing means I can stay longer, interact with locals, and get to know more of the culture and off-the-beaten-track sights.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
Drove a train in Mexico, SCUBA dived in Honduras, taught English in Cyprus, flew over Cappadocia in a hot air balloon, hiked to Machu Picchu, hiked the Grand Canyon, white-water-rafted in Turkey, stood on top of the world's tallest building in Dubai, (mostly) remodeled my own house, raised a terrific daughter.
