One Day Hurts - Wonderful Life I've read many books, but the best is rational Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged" (I read in Russian though) and check kyrgyz writer - Aitmatov's "Jamila", which was translated into more than 150 languages, for kyrgyz love story bringing out national, social, and ideological conflicts in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. (Yeah, we were part of Soviet Union until 1991)
