My favourite part about travel is eating new foods and meeting new people - and doing both at the same time is even better. Working hard in the rat race in my day to day life, travel is my opportunity to slow down and pause, step out of my comfort zone, remember what I'm grateful for, and live in the now!

I caught the travel bug about 8 years ago when I travelled solo on my first big trip overseas, travelling to England and throughout many countries in Europe. Since then, Liam and I have travelled together to Thailand, Bali, New Zealand, New Caledonia, and Vanuatu. More recently, I spent some time travelling through the UK and Ireland. We are in the planning stage of a big trip starting in late 2017, where we hope to take a year off work to travel around the world.
