Same old, same old, I like to hike, bike, all my friends named mike. I like to hear stories and tell stories and move around. I am a student at Eastern Kentucky University and live in a cozy little house in Berea. We have two couches, plenty of sleeping bags, a warm shower and two very friendly cats.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
To share the wealth. This summer I canoed from Charleston WV to Memphis TN and was reminded there are plenty of great people in the world.
Music, Movies, and Books
We are a folk music community so there's a bunch of that around here. You can find a guitar, fiddle, or banjo not fifty feet away the whole time you're in Berea. Also rap. I read plays and my current favorite is Wit by Margaret Edson.

I can tell you some bad jokes and three chords on the mandolin. There are no useless skills and i'm very willing to learn.
