Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I joined for a three month backpacking trip throughout the US and parts of Canada. I want to change my style of travel though. I realized the best way to get to know a place is to get to know the people living there. Learn about their culture, what they do in their free time and basically just how they live. I also think that this platform has an amazing way of bringing travel to you. When you're tied up in work and can't travel at the time it is time to give back to the community by hosting other likeminded people who love traveling.
Music, Movies, and Books
Looking for new stuff whenever and wherever I can! Really trying to widen my horizon-you never know what is there just waiting for you. MUSIC: Would love to know what you listen to right now. I pretty much listen to everything there is BOOKS: Love books written by David Baldacci and Marc Elsberg, trying to read some of the classics from Goethe, etc. MOVIES: I have Netflix so I watch what is on there, right now most movies I watch are comedies Two movies I really like: Blind side, Forrest Gump But I can get into anything really!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
There's just too many things you experience in life that simply are amazing. One that definitely stands out for me is a 1 year exchange. Coming to the US not having my family around and coming into a new family/home. I went to a school where I didn't know anyone and aced it. I made a lot of new friend during that year and got to know so many interesting and just great people who I love to this day.

What I Can Share With Hosts
I love cooking and have tried a lot of different foods of different countries and am always up for trying out new recipes or share the ones I already know. I love chatting about the stories and experiences I've made on my travels. But I'm interested in all kinds of sports, politics and all there is to know about different cultures and what makes them different as well. Since I'm about to start medical school also love to talk about our human body and everything that comes with it.
