Hi! I’m Shahruz, a law student currently living in Poland. Originally from Uzbekistan, but I feel at home anywhere I can meet interesting people, try local food, and hear good stories. I love traveling not just to see famous landmarks, but to understand how people actually live in different places. Some of my favorite travel memories come from random conversations with strangers, late-night walks through unfamiliar cities, and discovering places that never appear in guidebooks. I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and curious about different cultures. I enjoy discussing everything from history and politics to football, business, and everyday life in different countries. I can be equally happy exploring a city all day or sitting in a kitchen with locals talking over coffee. Why I’m on Couchsurfing For me, traveling is about people more than places. Hotels are comfortable, but they don’t tell you how a city really feels. I use Couchsurfing because I enjoy genuine cultural exchange, making international friends, and experiencing destinations through local eyes. Interests Travel, law, history, economics, football, photography, hiking, discovering hidden spots, local cuisine, languages, and meeting people from different backgrounds. What I Can Share With Hosts Stories from Central Asia, recommendations about Poland and Eastern Europe, good conversations, help with cooking, and hopefully a few laughs along the way. One Random Fact I can spend hours planning an ambitious Europe trip and then completely change the plan because someone recommended a small town I’ve never heard of. Looking forward to meeting open-minded people and creating memorable experiences together! 🌍✈️
