This 21-year-old lady is from the beautiful North of Norway. She fell in love with a farmer's son from the south-norwegian countryside. The young couple left Norway for a while to conquer a contry on the other side of the earth - New Zealand! Now we are back in Norway, and we've got a precious daughter. We're currently studying in Ås. I enjoy travelling, and have been to many European countries. Other passions include mountaintrecking, sun-bathing, skiing, fishing, rock-climbing, camping; yeah - I love the outdoors. I also enjoy driving, the city life, books, a good conversation, learning languages and interacting with new people. I am energetic, but still able to settle down. I am spontaneous, but yet responsible. I am open to new things and easy to please. Life is beautiful and is to be enjoyed the fullest. I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
My boyfriend and I headed towards New Zealand - the land down under - in December 2017. In an attempt to travel with a semblance of a plan — general ideas of where we want to go when, I investigated different accommodation-possibilties. Couchsurfing seemed like a great way to discover the country. Most tourists stay in hotels. Many backpackers stay in hostels. We prefer to stay with local people to experience the culture from the inside. It offers cultural exchange through hospitality and gives us great flexibility since nothing is booked far in advance. And it also makes this two-months-long trip possible for young people with student economics like the two of us. We are very excited to try out this way of travelling! So to all potential friends out there; we are very grateful for your hospitality and time. Thank you for trusting us with your couches (read homes). We would love to get to know you! <3

Music ~ I have a wide range, but Country is my no. 1 (Amoung my favourites you may find the Dixie Chicks, Green Day, Kaizers Orchestra, Ed Sheeran, Dolly Parton and Billie Joe) Movies ~ If you haven't seen "Captain Fantastic", "Into the wild" or "The perks of being a wallflower" you've missed great things in life. I'm also fan of Pixar movies like "Monsters, inc", "Ice Age" and "Toy story". "A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies." I love to read, especially when travelling.
