Hi! My name is Szymon. I work as a police officer, but whenever I get the chance, I pack my backpack and set off on a journey. Traveling for me is a way to broaden my horizons, break routine, and meet people with different perspectives. That’s what makes each trip unique – not just the places I visit, but especially the people I meet along the way. Couchsurfing means much more to me than just finding a place to sleep. I love its spirit of exchange, openness, and trust. Being part of this community allows me to experience places from a local’s perspective rather than just a tourist’s. I enjoy spontaneous outings – strolling through the city, having coffee together, exploring local corners, or just chatting. I value authenticity and discovering the unexpected over typical tourist attractions. I travel both solo and with friends, and sometimes we explore countries together. Recently, I’ve gotten back into intense traveling and have plans for more trips, including a journey through Vietnam. I’m open-minded, positive, and have a good sense of humor. My work requires responsibility, but in my personal life, I enjoy relaxed atmospheres and meaningful conversations. I’m happy to share stories and experiences from both my travels and everyday life. Why Couchsurfing? Because I want to meet people who live in the places I visit. For me, accommodation is just a small part – the real value lies in conversations, shared moments, and seeing the world through the host’s eyes. Ig : 9Szymon2
