I am a young Japanese female looking for a new experience! I've known couchsurfing through my English friend but I never tried it before until now! I have been living in London for 2 years, until I recently I worked in PR at a trading company in City and I started a new role in May as a Media Analyst! Before moving to the UK, I had lived in Tokyo for several years, working in advertising and fashion. Since I used to work in PR, I see myself pretty outgoing, social, fun to be around with. As being a Japanese woman, I am also very respectful and I I respect everyone's privacy.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I would like to meet great people with similar interests. I have friends in different countries who have very different cultural/religious background from me. It's always so enchanting to meet open-minded people and learn about each other's cultures, history and so on. It would be great getting to know new potential friends through this experience.
Music, Movies, and Books
- movies (500 days of summer/L.A. Confidential, Almost Famous, Inception etc) - indie rock music (The Libertines, The Cribs, The Vaccines, Arctic Monkeys etc) -books (on the road, high fidelity, the sun also rises, the rules of attraction etc)
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I have traveled quite a lot of countries so far, I have backpacked in Europe for a month with a Swedish friend. We stayed in youth hostels back then. Unfortunately I haven't been to Africa and Central/South America yet...
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are interested in traveling Japan someday, I would be able to give you some tips for enjoying your time there. :) I used to facilitate CSR committee at my previous company. We used to run charitable events, therefore I can share charitable spirits with you! I am also good at giving fashion advises!
What I Can Share With Hosts
A good laugh in the evening would be nice! Or a pint at a nice cosy pub or a glass of wine on a cosy sofa
My Interests
- socialising with friends and dining out - art (Generally I am interested in any type of art but I like surrealism period.) - politics (I think I am pretty liberal...) - fashion (I studied fashion during my gap year and have worked in fashion as well.) - football (I just enjoy any football game with a pint in my hand)
