I am a Dive Master, merchant sailor, social communicator and journalist. I travelled the world since 2006 for my job on cruise ships, and since 2015, for diving and sailing. I just move back to Colombia a year ago (2021)

Life: Conscious free congruence evolving by letting us Show up to Witness and then Share testimony responsibly Survival: Automatic and risky reaction to change by fighting, fleeting, fawning and/or freezing as martyr, hero and judge. The first one is a steering wheel called Dharma, that allows us navigate life with free will, and the second one is a chain reaction called the drama triangle, it works as the triangle of fire.
