Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I´m a big fan of the concept of couchsurfing. The idea of sharing room, meeting people, hear about stories and help travellers. So far, my parents wouldn´t let me offer a bed or mattress in our flat. But from now on (in September i move in another city), as i live in a shared flat i can invite people to visit me and explore Kiel and the sea. In the last weeks of my gap year i´m doing a 3 weeks interrail trip with a friend and want to meet people.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
In 10th grade i was part of a school poject and spent half a year on a traditional sailing ship, having classes while slowly sailing to the carribean sea and back again. With me there were 50 other students and teachers, in the end, we were 50 friends. On our stays in Kuba, Panama and other countries i had very deep contacts with the people there. That was amazing.
