Hey, I'm Tim from Switzerland! I work in the film industry in the camera and light department, as well as in IT for museums and love travelling. 2023, I discovered Scandinavia in my 42yo VW Bus "Obscuro" (From Camera Obscura). And then in January 2025 I drove all the way to the north cape by train (and last bit by car) in winter. As you might have guessed, you'll rather find me in the cold than warm places. I love drinking tea, chatting about the world and life and getting to know local cultures! I love cooking and baking and just in general, you can probably hook my interest with anything you come up with 😄 I do analog photography, develop the film myself and then print it, we can try if you visit me! I am new to couchsurfing, but hosted over 30 people from YesFam (A community built around the YouTube channel YesTheory) and other groups.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I prefer meeting the people of a country and getting to know their lifes rather than the soil they stand on. Couch surfing offers me to get to know the local people and maybe even getting to life a slice of their life.
