Hi everyboby!! I find this life a fascinating experience in which the most valuable things cannot be bought with money. I like simplicity and slowness as strategies to see beyond the apparent. I am interested in spirituality without dogmas. Breathing slowly and consciously is the best practice I have found so far to be in balance. I consider myself a citizen of the world. I highly value sincerity and respect, I studied Fine Arts at the University but over time I have felt more attracted to music and especially to improvisation. I like the sensation of somehow disappearing when improvising and becoming a channel. I like the meditative effect that this experience produces. I like finding balance between being with people and being on my own. Balance between words, sounds and silence. I like to practice empathy, and to understand and respect different points of view. I am the father of two teens who are and have been my little Great teachers. My wife and I have explored all the possible ways to educate them respectfully and one of the best tools so far we've found is Non Violent Comunication. I like to play all kind of games giving more importance to the experience and process than to the score

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
The experience of traveling has always been my best life teacher, especially thanks to the interactions with other people, combined with being alone with myself. Traveling without an outside guide is a great opportunity to practice intuition and self-knowledge. For several years we have had an old van with which we have made various trips, the four of us, with a very positive balance despite the challenges it entails. This time I am planning a further trip with my daughter and I find that couchsurfing is the option that most closely matches my travel philosophy. I hope to find people with a perspective similar to mine with whom to share conversations, silences, housework, songs, music...
